REFUND POLICY

CANYON  COUNTRY LITTLE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you wish to withdraw your child from CCLL and desire a refund, send your request along with your reason for withdrawing to [email protected].

A $35 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Full refunds minus a $35 administrative fee are available upon request prior to tryouts.

Generally, no refunds will be available after tryouts unless substantial justification is provided to the Board of Directors. The CCLL Board of Directors reserves the right to adjust this policy on a case-by-case basis.
The 2021 spring season's cost is for the 2021 Spring Program, even if games are not permitted.  

LA County Public Health guidelines will determine if and when we will be allowed to play games. Depending on these guidelines, there might only be practices allowed this spring season. Nonetheless, we intend to have games as soon as we are allowed. We are also planning to run the season longer, past our normal mid-May end of the season.

A $35 administrative fee will be deducted from all board-approved refunds. 

Should we have to shut down the program entirely, CCLL will prorate refunds as follows. 

  1. If we play OR practice for less than four (4) weeks, there will be a 75% refund.
  2. If we play OR practice between four (4) and seven (7) weeks, there will be a 50% refund.
  3. If we play OR practice eight (8) or more weeks, there will be NO refund.
