Fall Ball Minors Division – Player Pitch
The Fall Ball Minors Division (Player Pitch) is designed for players typically ages 9–11 who are continuing to develop their baseball skills and prepare for advancement to the Major Division. This division provides a more competitive level of play while maintaining a strong focus on instruction, player development, and sportsmanship.
Players in the Minors Division build upon the fundamentals learned in earlier divisions while refining their abilities in hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, baserunning, and game strategy. With increased emphasis on player-pitched baseball, athletes gain valuable experience facing live pitching, executing defensive plays, and developing a deeper understanding of situational baseball.
Fall Ball offers players the opportunity to sharpen their skills, gain additional game experience, and prepare for the challenges of the upcoming spring season. Coaches focus on individual growth, teamwork, and baseball fundamentals while encouraging players to compete, learn, and have fun.
Consistent with Little League's mission, the Minors Division promotes character, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the game. The Fall Ball season provides a positive and supportive environment where players can continue their development and build a strong foundation for future success on and off the field.
