Below is the link to submit your CMF Fee Refund application. Please review the guidelines carefully before applying:

• Eligibility A maximum of four applications per team.

• Application Deadlines:
  
  • Spring Season: June 30
  • Fall Ball: December 31
    Applications received after these deadlines cannot be processed, as financials for the season will be closed.
• Volunteer Hour Requirements:
  • Spring 2026 Season: 10 hours
  • Fall Program: 6 hours
• Processing Details:
  Applications are processed in the order received. Please allow up to four weeks for processing. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original form of payment.
