Thank you for your interest in managing or assistant coaching a team with
Canyon Country Little League!

To be eligible to serve in a coaching role, the following requirements must be completed in compliance with California State Law and Little League International guidelines.

Please note:
Some requirements must be renewed annually. If you completed these items for the Spring season, your certifications would remain valid for Fall Ballβ€”with the exception of any marked as seasonal.


βœ… Required Steps to Coach or Manage:

  1. Register as a Volunteer
    Sign up through our website at www.ccll.org.

  2. Complete the JDP Background Check (Valid Sept 1 – Aug 31)
    Once registered on our site, a secure link will be emailed to you.

  3. Complete a Live Scan Fingerprinting

    • Use the official CCLL Live Scan Form and visit any Live Scan provider.

    • Once completed and signed by the provider, email a copy to: [email protected]
      (Live Scan is a one-time requirement if previously completed for CCLL.)

  4. Submit the Following Annual Trainings:

  5. Complete the Diamond Leader Training (One-Time Requirement)
    Diamond Leader Program – Little League International

  6. Submit the CCLL Coaches/Team Parent Code of Conduct (Seasonal Requirement)
    This form must be signed and submitted each season.
